Together let’s read, sing, learn and grow. Bethel invites you to join in any of these opportunities.

  • Daily Personal Growth

Let’s Read the Gospels – each month the 4 gospels are read. You can follow along daily for a month or listen each month for a year. Each month is read from a different translation of the Bible. Each day is a quick 10 minutes of listening and ending with a prayer.

  • Weekly Memory Verse

Colossians 3:2, Reminds us to set our minds on things above. Memorizing scripture is one of the best ways to do that! It grows your relationship with Christ, helps us to understand God, His will for our lives, and gives ways to encourage others.

Daily Scripture Writing. Take a few minutes each day to write (or type, or read) daily scripture versus. “Your word is is a lamp for my feet and a light unto my path” Psalm 119:105 (NIV)

  • Bible Project

BibleProject is a nonprofit, crowdfunded organization that produces 100% free Bible videos, podcasts, articles, classes, and educational Bible resources to help make the biblical story accessible to everyone everywhere.

Group Opportunities

  • It is a study about God’s Love. It is based on the book Love Does by Bob Goff –

some may have read it before, but this study will be more than a book club read.

The book will only be a small part. Each session in this 5 week study will contain

video clips, scripture study and a topic to dig into in our small groups.

  • We know families are busy and scheduling is hard! We hope our rotational model will help families participate in our kids’ education programs! Start date is October 8, 2023

    · have family activities sent to your email that go along with our in person themes once a month

    · have a special connected children’s time with Pastor Emilie during worship once a month

    · In addition, we will have intergenerational activities that the whole congregation can experience with the kids that go along with our themes.

Jane Salem, Christian Education Ministry Leader:

I am so grateful you stopped by to find out more about our Christian Education opportunities. Here at Bethel, we see Christian education as a vital piece to each person’s faith development. It is one of the most important ways for us to know Christ to not only deepen our relationship with him, but to equip us to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.  Our goal is to provide learning experiences to members and friends to create “good soil” within us where faith can grow.

Our website will be a place to find resources, take advantage of online and at home activities, and learn about upcoming classes, discussions or presentations. We intend to use Zoom and live streaming in addition to in person opportunities to give multiple options for access and engagement. We hope you’ll join us for our current offerings. Look for even more opportunities this fall.
