Facility Use and Rental Agreement 

We’d love to host you.

Bethel Lutheran Church, seeking to be faithful to its mission to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, seeks to make its facility and equipment available to the community. 

Although we work to accommodate all requests, the order for priority use of Bethel's facilities will be: 

1. Regularly scheduled worship and meetings of the congregation 

2. Regularly scheduled gatherings of church-related groups as listed on the major calendar located in the church office 

3. Members of the congregation for special celebrations 

4. Non-profit community service groups 

5. All others 

All requests for use of the facility and equipment to the church office must be made at least one (1) month in advance of the date requested. 

All Facility Use Requests will be submitted to Bethel Lutheran Church's Congregation Council for review and approval. 

Upon approval, the rental fee is due to the church office one (1) week prior to the event with the understanding that the renting party’s check will be deposited to Bethel Lutheran Church’s bank account after the scheduled event. Approved methods of payment are either cash or checks made out to Bethel Lutheran Church. 

  • Bethel members will not be charged a facility use fee for funeral luncheons. 

  • The use of alcohol and tobacco, of any kind, is strictly prohibited in all areas of Bethel Lutheran Church’s facilities and/or grounds.
